1. Service Description

Pearly AI provides an AI-powered after-hours phone receptionist for dental and orthodontic practices. The service includes automated call answering, appointment scheduling, emergency detection, and call analytics.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Pearly only for legitimate dental or orthodontic practice operations. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.

4. AI Limitations

Pearly is an AI system and may occasionally misunderstand callers or make errors. Pearly is not a substitute for medical advice or emergency services. In case of a medical emergency, callers are directed to call 911. You acknowledge that AI-generated call summaries and scheduling actions should be reviewed by your team.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all practice data, call recordings, and patient information processed through Pearly. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (see our Privacy Policy).

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed calls due to service outages, network issues, or third-party provider downtime.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your Pearly agent will stop answering calls at the end of the current billing period. Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation.
