We understand that dental practices handle protected health information (PHI). Pearly is designed with HIPAA compliance in mind. Call data and patient information are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to patient data is restricted to authorized practice team members.
Call recordings and transcripts are retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, data is retained for 30 days before deletion. You may request immediate deletion of your data by contacting us.
